HI.... I'M WAVERLY, a 3-year-old, 50 lb., golden retriever / pittie mix who has a bit of fluff in my fur. I'm sweet and friendly, and get along well with other dogs. I'm housebroken, crate trained (as long as it's stocked with yummie treats and fun toys) good on a leash and well mannered. I love a long walk, a good run, playing with another pup or just following my foster mom around the house. Oh yeah... I love watching TV. My foster mom says I'm very affectionate and generally quiet, calm and gentle. So if you have a subscription to Hulu, and a place in your heart and home for a handsome guy like me, please come get me soon. I would ... (Read More)love to spend Christmas eve with you!! Rescue Me ID: 17-10-13-00262Elsa (female)

Staffordshire Bull Terrier Mix    Age: Puppy

Compatibility: Not Good with Other Dogs, Good with Adults (Not Kids)
Personality: High Energy, Very Dominant
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Elsa is a 1 year old pitbull mix, found outdoors by current owners at about 7 weeks old. Elsa has a lot of energy and would be great at a place with a lot of room to run. She is very full of love, and gives kisses every chance she gets. However, with her dominant personality, she should be the only dog in the house, due to occasionally getting aggressive with other dogs in the home. She has only been exposed to young kids once, and got a little snippy so older kids would also be best. She is very timid and shy around strangers but warms up fairly quickly. Current living situation is not ideal for her needs and we only want the very best for ... (Read More)this loving pup. (Less)

Rescue Me ID: 17-08-15-00612Letty (female)

Staffordshire Bull Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Letty is a shimmering, 1-2 year old Staffordshire and Love Bug mix and what a beauty she is: Letty never fence fights with any of the other dogs when she is being led outside; she points her nose to the floor and trots right out the back door. Unhitch her from her leash and she follows right beside or behind you, every step of the way. She is sweet with one volunteer's 8 year old son. During Letty's trip to the vet Letty sat politely and observed the other pets in the lobby without making a sound; rub Letty gently on her chest and she melts underneath your fingertips; there simply are not enough nice things to say about Letty; Letty ...
