Staffordshire Bull Terrier Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs
Personality: High Energy

This beautiful girl was abandoned with her two puppies. The family moved out and didn't take them along - left them with no food or water. She is SO playful and sweet with everything that moves. She LOVES other dogs, and is totally cat-friendly and people friendly. She is smaller than she looks in photos - only 30 pounds. I have no idea what breed she is - probably a mix of 1000 different breeds. I am treating her for bad skin allergies which were left untreated. She is on steroids and antibiotics, and will need a VERY loving home - preferably with DOGS and kids. I will require that she be spayed and vaccinated. Right now, we are focused on ...     Hi, I have a pit bull mix that I need to find a home for. His name Is Oxley. I've had him since he was just a month old. Born in January of 2010, he is now 7 years old. Just last year I moved out of town and he came with me. Unfortunately, after a few months, my living situation wouldn't allow me to keep him any longer. I had a friend temporarily adopt him until I was in a location where he could be with me. However, I got engaged, my fiancee took a job in Texas, we moved down, and the property we are at won't allow him. Besides that, we have no yard. My friend that has been caring for him is also engaged and they just had a baby yesterday. ... (Read More)My friend's fiancee doesn't want him around with their new baby. None the less, it was only supposed to be temporary. So at this point I am needing to find him a perminant home and loving owner. He is very well behaved, knows commands such as sit, stay, lay down, speak, shake, and the occasional roll over. He loves to play fetch with his Kong Frisbee. He is good with other animals and gets very excited, he just loves to play in general. He also doesnt mind a kennel if he has his bed to lay on. (Less)

Rescued from a local kill shelter. Trained as a service dog, saved his owner from a stray but that dog fight has lead to an attitude adjustment that makes him no longer suitable for service work. He is not good with other dogs, he may pretend but it's not real. He was trained for protection, to carry stuff and for ptsd emotional support. he would be amazing for therapy work in a domestic violence women's shelter. in a controlled setting this giant beast is the best ever. but slip once and he is over a four foot fence and down the road quick. he will kill gophers squirrels turtles and the neighbor's cat. he chases small chihuahua type dogs ... (Read More)cuz they run, but would probably do sever damage. he is awesome with the puppies tho, and as the dogs grow up around him, he allows them to bully him, but with strange dogs like at the dog park it is so not a good thing. he is completely housebroken and comes with a need for toys and chew things. because he will not potty inside but he will chew up your dining table legs. He is a massively large dog weighing in over 90 lbs. he can move fast tho. he loves to run. we go to the lake a lot and he will take off quick but he always comes back. that is one things about when he jumps the fence or gets away, he will always come back. ALWAYS. he also loves to go for car rides. he likes to sit in the front seat or lay in the entire back seat . he also likes to catch air with his face out the window. fyi the white puppy in the photos is his shadow, and follows Conn good or bad - these two dont like anyone else but they do like each other. i have tons of photos of them laying on each other or touching. it would be nice to find someone who would adopt them both, and pricing can be adjusted for circumstances.     We have had issues with him jumping the fence to chase off other dogs, running up behind strangers in our yard and acting aggressive. he is housebroken to both puppy pads and a doggie door. he has spent last few months chained due to not staying in the yard and running up on people. he is dog aggressive as his mother played really rough with him and he continues it with other dogs. he was born in an abandoned house the last of seven puppies, the mother dog was used for fighting and as a guarddog. she has now been retrained as a service dog. i do have high hopes for Hemi but i'm the only one he seems to listen to. he has the best manners in ... (Read More)public, at the vet, and in the car, but at home it is impossible to have any type of visitors without having to have him locked in another room or in the garage. he comes with 8 months (in your home) training classes to ensure he adjusts with your lifestyle. will transport nationwide for small fee.
